Today we have more choices and resources than ever to learn. But just because we have choices and (virtually) unlimited access to resources does not mean they work. And by “working” I mean, acknowledged, understood, implemented, improved, changed. As a teacher and student, I recognize and understand the challenges associated with a change in behavior or even more challenging, a change in culture.
Even when we want to change (“look I bought that gym membership!” or “look we did an engagement survey!”). Our ingrained habits can unintentionally derail our progress and goals. That’s why having a mentor, partner, coach, facilitator or whatever term is most helpful to you–can help you and your organization.
Whether you are trying to change an organization, a team or change yourself. Change. Is. Hard.
Let’s find your path to learning. One that works.
